Claremont Care Home was established in 1987 by the George family with the aim of supporting adults with mental health needs to live independent and fulfilling lives within the community. This ethos continues to guide the home today, with a strong focus on respecting each resident as an individual and supporting them to achieve their personal goals while maintaining as much independence as possible.
The home provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds are treated with dignity and respect.
Claremont Care Home is registered to accommodate up to 21 adults and provides 24-hour care and support for individuals with mental health needs.
